What's Inspected During A Home Inspection

We will inspect the following areas by a visual, non-invasive methods according to the Standards of Practice of InterNACHI: the roof & gutters; the exterior siding or cladding,;the heating and cooling systems; plumbing and electrical systems; the fireplace (if there is one); the attic, insulation, and ventilation; the doors, windows, and interior of all accessible rooms; the basement, foundation, crawlspace, and floor structure if the house is not a slab-on-grade residence.
