As a Realtor, I find a quality home inspection is an essential part of the home buying process. I always suggest my clients get a home inspected. No purchase that big should be done without a professional opinion of the condition of it. Les has done inspections on the last three homes I have sold. The reports are always thorough, clearly written, and have all included information that both assured the buyers that they were making the right decision, and some information that led us to request repairs (repairs that we were unaware that needed to be done otherwise). 

Overall, I am very happy with the service that Les offers. The prices are very fair, the reports are always received in a timely manner, and the reports are written in a manner that is clear and makes sense to the average person (including pictures and clear details).
